    According to bankable sources in the industry, both Thala Ajith and Mohanlal are in talks to be pitted opposite each other in director Vishnuvardhan’s next biggie set to roll out by the end of the year. Though there were initial discussions brushing the news away as a rumour, it has resurfaced again now.

    Vishnuvardhan had first planned a period film with Ajith, but it now looks like he has gone back to a city subject, his forte.

    Ajith will soon start shooting for his next film with director Siva, while Mohanlal is awaiting the release of his forest actioner Puli Murugan.
