Halftime stalemate. Romania with a couple of chances early, one was a great one. France generally in control. But the game just died after 20-25 minutes. No team wants to keep the ball.
there were 2 killer balls from payet.. one towards end to giroud..and one to greizman which was deflected and no corner given.. freekicks werent good though...
french defence not good enough... and also pogba and kante need to control midfield a lot better than this...
He was the one who got into dangerous positions the most. And created just one clear cut chance from open play, Giroud's first headed chance. Not a great ratio
Giroud decent effort. Saved easy. Payet had two openings to shoot himself. Laid it off to Giroud. Giroud is going to get skinned if France don't win, cos of the Benzema thing
