    There are rumors on the internet that the DVD / BD will have 4.5 hours of contents, however there is no confirmation on this

    I had a word with the person who authors the DVD. He is not even aware of the 4 hours + thing. He says that he will have to compromise on the quality of the video to put 4 hours of video on a DVD. This person has still not got the source of the movie to author to a DVD. He is also not got any confirmation about the BD. He is checking the same, I will update the details when available.

    Meanwhile, I suggested him to split the movie on 2 DVDs instead of 1 to avoid compromising the quality. If that works, then the price would be higher.

    please insist on splitting the film into 2 disks if quality is going to be an issue...most of .the people waiting for the 4 hours version are ardent movie buffs and they wouldnt mind spending a few extra bucks to get a proper movie watching experience...others are going to prefer downloading from torrents anyway...
