Super Star Rajinikanth’s Kabali is still continuing its decent run at box-offices worldwide. The film has so far amassed nearly 230 crores, becoming one of the highest grossing Indian films ever. With Rajini coming back to Chennai, the film is expected to get a decent boost to its collections.

In his latest interview following the film’s success, producer Kalaipuli S Thanu confirmed that he and the film’s director Pa Ranjith are determined to team up once again for Kabali’s sequel. However, the producer also revealed that Rajini is yet to give his nod to their sequel plans.

 

i guess after 2-3 years this movie would have a decent cult following in TN.

 

Even though the reviews have been quite disappointing, looks like there is no stopping Rajni’s Kabali. The film is doing exceptional business and has broken several records in Tamil.

To celebrate the success, producer Thanu is holding a grand event in Chennai tomorrow evening. The entire unit is slated to attend this event and everyone is expecting Rajni to make a valuable speech.

Right from the time of the promotions, Rajni was on a holiday in the US and this is the first time he will meet the press.
