Yesterday, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s prestigious 100th project, Gautamiputra Satakarni, wrapped up its shooting part. The film was launched formally on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi and it will release for Sankranthi early next year.



What’s impressive about the shooting being wrapped up within a short time is that despite being a high budget historical costume drama, the film’s unit took just 79 days to complete the entire shooting. Apparently, the unit had toiled 16 hours a day for the last 2 weeks of the shoot.

Gautamiputra Satakarni was shot in exotic foreign locales such as Georgia and Morocco, apart from the Ramoji Film City and on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The team is already busy with the post-production work since many days. Krish is the director of this much-awaited movie.

Krish has done the unthinkable. He has wrapped up his new film Gautamiputra Satakarni under three months. Balakrishna’s dedication, the production team’s superb planning is one of the major reasons for the film to be completed so fast.



The ace director has been planning the promotions in a superb way and very soon his team will kick start some humongous promotions all over the two Telugu states.

Shriya Saran plays the female lead in this film which will release during Sankranthi season 2017.

 

Red Heart Movies in association with 9PM Entertainments has acquired theatrical rights of Gautamiputra Satakarni for USA. The movie is about the unsung history of India’s greatest emperor of Satavahana Empire.
Right from day one the movie was launched this movie got unanimous craze in audiences. National award winning director Krish’s vision with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s performance will surely give us great entertainment on big screen and it is expected to be one more mile stone movie in telugu film industry.
