When Suriya was in Kerala for a promotional event of Si3 a couple of months ago, he met a physically challenged Vijay fan who presented him a gift and asked him to pass it on to actor Vijay. Suriya without any ego and fuss accepted it with a smile and also promised to deliver the gift to Vijay.

Apparently, the physically challenged fan’s gift has reached Vijay. Rajsekarpandian, Director of 2D Entertainments, personally met Vijay and handed over the present to him.

When we spoke to Rajsekarpandian about the meeting, this is what he had to say, “I had called Vijay’s manager and he arranged for a meeting with Vijay. I met Vijay at the shooting spot of his ongoing film. Vijay received the gift with a smile and also thanked Suriya for the wonderful gesture. Since he was in a surprise new makeover, we did not click a picture

Vijay 61 - Sri Thenandal Films' official request about the movie


Only yesterday, we has pointed out about the anticipation and the news-pouring surrounding actor Vijay's 61st film. With the rise in various media outlets giving exclusive information about the movie, the makers Sri Thenandal Films have come up with a request in best interests of their film, Vijay 61 (tentative title). In an official statement released by them, they have appealed to the media to wait for an official statement from the banner before reporting any further on the film. Here is what they said :

Vijay 61 is the 100th production venture of Sri Thenandal Films and it looks like that the makers are taking every step possible to ensure its well-making. Directed by Atlee, the movie also starrs Nithya Menon, Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and has A.R. Rahman for the music.

 

Current Chennai schedule of Thalapathy61 will be wrapped on March27.. On track, as per plan.

 

KajalAggarwal to join Thalapathy61 shoots in April. It's a social issue based film, with Vijay & Kajal sharing the same profession
