Patriots Day Slick, Engrossing and Hard-Hitting, Patriots Day is a stupendously crafted cinema.This one is a deft portrayal of an intense and real incident.The superlative performances are another strength of this cinema.Mark Wahlberg once again comes up with a subtle and solid performance.John Goodman, J. K Simmons and Kevin Bacon were another striking performers. Peter Berg showcases his mettle yet again and comes up with one of his finest works till date.His making sticking close to reality without losing the engaging factor indeed made this cinema a terrific stuff.The amalgamation of some real footages with the narrative is another worth mentioning aspect apart from the technical side which was fabulous.To sum it up, Patriots Day with its solid theme and power packed execution offers a great watch. Overall,Patriots Day is Brilliant ! 9/10
The Great Wall The Great Wall is yet another film which relies wholly on its visual gimmicks.Even though the technical aspects are not so great,it is the sole factor which makes this cinema partly engaging.Matt Damon however delivers a neat performance,its is his charming screen presence that takes forward the movie.Supporting cast were fine though none of them had anything exceptional to perform. Zhang Yimou comes up with a lazily written and amateurishly executed cinema.His making is clearly old fashioned inheriting all the cliches you can expect from a movie of this genre.The action sequences were the only part which was taken superbly,it was indeed the most entertaining scenes.To sum it up,The Great Wall is a partly engaging cinema that couldn't rise up to the expected level. Overall,The Great Wall is Average ! 5/10

Hidden Figures Hidden Figures is easily one among the best cinemas in recent times.This one is a wonderfully crafted biographical drama,the inspiring and emotional narrative makes it a solid picture.The performances are just spellbinding,all the three lead ladies did their part with aplomb.Taraji P. Henson,Octavia Spencer and Janelle Monae delivers outstanding performances,the way they handled some beautiful emotional sequences were worth mentioning.Then comes Kevin Costner who puts up another fantastic performance.Kristen Dunst,Jim Parsons,Glen Powell and Mahershala Ali were good playing prominent roles. Theodore Melfi did a superb job as the director.Even though i haven't seen any of his previous movies,this one film is enough to label him as a quality filmmaker.The subtle and solid portrayal of a hard-hitting theme is indeed the prime factor which made this a completely engaging experience.The technical aspects were fully in sync with the movie,special mention to those excellent soundtracks.In short,Hidden Figures is a beautiful cinema which you cant afford to miss. Overall,Hidden Figures is Excellent ! 9/10
Middle Man Quirky and Outlandish in the most gruesome manner,Middle Man serves as a pretty engaging dark comedy.The rather unconventional narrative style followed by the weird yet impressive performances makes this a different cinema.Jim O'Heir as Lenny Freeman puts up a smart show,his impeccable comic timing along with some uncanny expressions made it an impressive act.Andrew J. West did a commendable job playing the eccentric character of Hitch with perfection. Ned Crowley in his debut directorial venture did a decent job.The film neither had an exemplary plot nor any famous faces,still the makers were able to forge this as a watchable flick.The shoestring budget reflected in some of the technical aspects,even though the film had some nice frames,there were some minor editing issues.Altogether,Middle Man may not be a great piece of cinema,but this one is different and offers a fine one time watch. Overall,Middle Man is Watchable ! 6/10
Boyka:Undisputed Scott Adkins is back as Yuri Boyka in the fourth installment of the Undisputed series.The story does not matter.Boyka goes to Russia and kicks ass in style.Fights are good.That's why anyone watches these movies.More Boyka movies in future please. Rating:3/5 Fast and furious 8 The bad bit is that this is not as good as the last three movies.Good bit is that it is still watchable.Action sequences are over the top(obviously) and fun to watch. If possible don't watch in 3-D Rating:3/5
