After the tremendous success of ‘Baahubali’, the entire nation is closely observing what sort of projects Prabhas choose next. There is a new speculation surfacing every other day claiming to be an exclusive news on Prabhas’ Bollywood debut. Actor-choreographer turned filmmaker Prabhu Deva has now made an interesting revelation about directing Prabhas. Speaking to a leading English daily, Prabhu Deva has confirmed that he would direct Prabhas after he was done with ‘Saaho’. He further said that he has set up a project with Prabhas not just to cash in on his recently found fame but owing to their friendship. “Prabhas is a dear friend. I’ve known him from the time he set foot in cinema. And, I have been thinking of directing him for a while now. In fact, he sportingly did a cameo appearance in my Hindi film, Action Jackson. Right now, he’s busy with his next Telugu film Saaho, post which we will do our film together,” reveals Prabhu while speaking to the national daily. Prabhu Deva however hasn’t clarified if his film with Prabhas would be the actor’s highly awaited Bollywood debut or another Hindi-Telugu-Tamil trilingual. On the other hand, buzz is strong in Bollywood circles that both Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiadwala are planning to rope in Prabhas in a direct Hindi film. It may be recalled that Prabhas has committed to work with ‘Jil’ fame Radhakrishna for a pure love story after ‘Saaho’.

It was earlier reported that Sajid Nadiadwala is in talks with Telugu superstar Prabhas to facilitate his debut in Hindi cinema. While nothing has materialised on that front so far, new reports suggest that Prabhu Deva has signed Prabhas for a film.
India Today reports that Prabhu is all set to direct Prabhas in a film after the latter wraps up the shoot of his next, Sujeeth's action thriller Saaho. While a range of filmmakers have been trying to rope in Prabhas for a film after the record-breaking success of SS Rajamouli's war epic Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, Prabhu seems to have struck a deal.

The report quotes Prabhu as saying, "There's no point in doing a film together just because it makes business. I have been thinking of a film with Prabhas for a while now. Right now, he's busy with his next Telugu film Saaho, post which we will do our film together."

However, there is no clarity on the details of this film, including whether it will be a Hindi film or a bilingual. But before that, Prabhas might do a cameo in Prabhu's next starrer, Chakri Toleti's Khamoshi.

The Indian Express reports that producer Vashu Bhagnani has reportedly roped in Prabhas for a special appearance in the Hindi film Khamoshi that stars his Baahubali co-star Tamannaah Bhatia and his future director Prabhu in the lead roles.

After shooting for 'Saaho', the 'Baahubali' Prabhas is all set to collaborate once again with multi-talented personality Prabhudeva.

Prabhas, who is a close friend of Prabhudeva has also done a cameo in Akshay Kumar starrer 'Action Jackson' while he was still shooting for 'Baahubali: The Conclusion'. Earlier, Prabhas stole hearts of his fans in Prabhudeva directorial 'Pournami' which has Trisha and Charmme Kaur as its female leads.


Ever since, they have been in touch and sported friendly vibes whenever they met. They were seen partying and attending events together as well.
In a recent interview given to a leading news paper, Prabhudeva was quoted saying, ""Prabhas is a dear friend. I've known him from the time he set foot in cinema. And, I have been thinking of directing him for a while now. In fact, he sportingly did a cameo appearance in my Hindi film, Action Jackson. At the same time, the choreographer-turned-actor-turned-director also made it a point that his collaboration with Prabhas has nothing to do with his new found national fame and is purely out of friendship and similar ideologies.




Meanwhile, Prabhas meeting Bollywood's biggie Sajid Nadiadwala too is suggesting at the actor's debut in Hindi. Amid all these, we are happy to know that the actor and Prabhudeva are coming together, again.

 

The dashing Prabhas has undoubtedly become the most bankable and sought after star in Telugu cinema ever since the much-hyped ‘Baahubali 2’ opened to a phenomenal response at the box office this April. And, as a result, there is a lot of curiosity surrounding his upcoming films. Now, there is some good news for his fans.In an awesome development, actor-filmmaker Prabhudheva has stated that he is all set to direct a film with the Rebel star. However, he has made it clear that the film will go on the floors only after Prabhas wraps up the shoot of the eagerly-awaited ‘Sahoo’.
Confirming the same, Prabhudheva said that he has been thinking of collaborating with Prabhas for a while now.

“I have been thinking of a film with Prabhas for a while now. Right now, he’s busy with his next Telugu film Saaho, post which we will do our film together,” he told Deccan Chronicle.
Well, we must say that this is some awesome news indeed and is bound to create quite a buzz in the industry.

On a related note, Prabhas is currently shooting for ‘Sahoo’. Touted to be an action-drama, it is being directed by Sujeeth. It features Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh in a negative role. This will be the first Tollywood film of his career. Interestingly, the film’s trailer was released nearly two months ago and it created a buzz in the industry. In it, Prabhas was seen in brand new avatar.
