    Mohanlal’s Odiyan will have five action-packed scenes
    .

    The look of Mohanlal's character in VA Shrikumar's Odiyan has already heightened the expectations of the film. The actor will be playing Odiyan Manikyam in the movie, which will see him portraying the character from age 30 to 65.



    The director now tells us that the movie will be packed with action scenes while not foregoing the emotional connect of the storyline.

    "There will be five action sequences and five songs - all of which are weaved in as part of the narrative. The action scenes will the highlight. Also, there will be a lot of special effects and we would be taking close to six months for the post production," says Shrikumar.



    The film, which has Manju Warrier and Prakash Raj, will begin shooting by mid August and has Palakkad as the main location.
