Rakshadhikari Baiju Oppu A movie which is so simple and yet so deep. Baiju is the Rakshadhikari of Kumbalam. He does not thrash goons and make them fly nor does he walk around wearing shades and suits. He is lazy and laid back yet does whatever he can for his people within the limits of a normal human being. Its one such movie which has so many heart warming moments. The daily lives of the people of a small town have been portrayed so realistically that when the movie ends you will feel you lived there for a few hours. Even though the movie is about of a group of young people, it does not have a single double meaning dialogue which is a pleasant surprise. That is because the director knows clearly what he wants the audience to perceive. Biju Menon produces an outstanding performance and is living as Baiju. Nobody can do it better than him. Every other actor has performed well and Hareesh Kanarans comic timing is excellent. The only negative ,if any, is the forced in role of a somewhat villian played by Ratheesh's Son. That role was a sore thumb. Anyways, a good movie with a great ending. These kind of movies are what makes Malayalam cinema what it is. Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
