    * Sajeev Pillai has been committed to this project since last 10-12 years.

    * He registered for this in 2010.

    *Pre-production is in full swing from last 6-7 months.

    *Karnan , his dream project, has been dropped due to various reasons including Ill preparedness. 300 crore investment was a fake story reported by many leading online media.

    *Maamankam will have 30-40% of VFX works.

    * Stunt choreographers from Hong Kong and Hollywood will join.

    * Will release in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and 3 other languages.

    * Will be a treat for Mammootty fans, himself being a Mammootty fan.

    *Pooja will be held in Ernakulam soon.

    *Mammukka and many other stars from other industries are committed towards this project

    *Udaya studios readily gave the title after discussion with Mammukka, director Sajeev without any financial deal between them.

    *Ready to invest for the quality output
