    Criterion answers njan nerathe paranjathaanu...and broadcasting minister has alwyz been a part of this event...so watz the hurdle if a minister gives out the award? President might have thot when she is arranging things...y cant few awards be gvn by her ...wht is wrong? The award was which truly mattered to me...i might have slogged prayed day n night for a National award...but not slogged or prayed to receive it from President!

    First of all there's a precedent that is being followed for years , that the constitutional head would give out the most important awards including civil and military ones.

    Padma awardsum military personnel nu kodukkunna awardsum ellam rajyathinte aadarav aanu. Ithu kodukkunnath presidentum.
