It is quite tough to differentiate Joy Mathew and Renji Panicker as directors or actors. Ranjith has also acted in Koode after ?Gul Mohar?. Balachandra Menon has introduced around 10 directors before the camera in his film titled ?Ennalum Sarath?. Now, our beloved director Fazil will also act in a movie. Fazil shared his memories about the movie when he reached his home in Alappuzha after 4 days of shooting. Fazil will appear before the camera after 36 years. He has acted for the first time in his own movie. He has performed as Sreekumar?s (Mohanlal) friend Alex in ?Nokkethadhoorath Kannum Nattu?. Though he was seen in just three scenes, the role was prominent as he unveiled the mystery behind the female lead Girly in the movie. The character which was given for Mammootty was later done by Fazil as the actor was busy. Then, he had acted with Mohanlal, who was gifted to the Malayalam film industry by Fazil himself. Now, he is again going to act with Mohanlal. Even when many famous directors including Bharathiraja had invited him to act, he chose the role of director. But, he used to enact the scenes for the actors behind the camera. The film industry has seen the actor hidden in Fazil also when he corrected the voice modulations of actors. And, what made you change the decision? It was due to Prithviraj's approach. I couldn't say no to him. The screenplay is written by Murali Gopy, son of my dear actor Bharat Gopy. And the presence of Mohanlal. It is such a comfortable atmosphere. Though Prithvi's debut was in Ranjith's movie, first interview and camera test were done by Fazil. That time, Asin and Prithvi were selected. But the project didn't happen due to some reasons. Then, Ranjith chose Prithvi for Nandanam after seeking the opinion of Fazil. Now, Fazil is performing in between the ? action and cut said by Prithviraj. How is Prithviraj as a director? I felt that he is an involved director who has learnt every aspect of cinema. He has made the script of Lucifer by heart. How was the overall movie? I got a rough picture of the movie by relating with my character. It will be an absolute Mohanlal entertainer.
