Nivin Pauly may be the most sought after actor in Malayalam after the stupendous success of Premam. But interestingly he will next feature in the debut movie of a rank newcomer. Althaf who acted as the protector of the character of Mary in Premam may not have caught everyone's attention. But this lanky youngster will direct Nivin in an upcoming project. The Aluva native is a close friend of Nivin. Nivin who liked the subject gave an immediate go ahead for the project . Like Alphonse Puthren, Althaf is also coming with little prior experience as an assistant director. The script of the movie is getting ready. Some actors from Premam including Krishna Shankar will be part of the cast. The movie is expected to be a family comedy entertainer. Nivin himself will produce the movie.
