It have been waiting since last November for the release of A.K Sajan-Mammootty flick Puthiya Niyamam and finally the movie have released today. ‘Puthiya Niyamam’ have been already a much awaited thriller, the trailer that have been released two days back made the hype and impact of the movie to the peak and as a result my option where none other than FIRST DAY FIRST SHOW.

After the Classy Perfomance in Pathemari, Mammukka is back with a Social Relevant story and a serious character as Advocate Louis Pothen who is an Divorce Specialist and a Good Cool Husband.

On to the Technical Aspects, Direction by A.K Sajan were nice but the screenplay lagged a little bit in the second half. cinematography by Roby Varghese Raj, who is a long time associate of Jomon T, were really good. BGM by Gopi Sundar were ok but the songs were just ok. Editing by Vivek Harshak were really superb.

Puthiya Niyamam says a very good Social Relevant story of this Present Generation Teenagers and their Bad habits which turns them to a big Criminals.

The Plot is all about the life of Advocate Louis and his happy family and once on a day 2 Teenagers with a worker of that Apartment Rapes his wife Vasuki. She feels not to share this with her Husband and tries to take Revenge on them. Remaining Plot revolves around how she take her Revenge

Nayanthara as Vasuki Iyer Louis performed in a superb way as wife of Louis Pothen. Her character is fully in a serious mood and this is surely one of her best Perfomance. Baby Ananya as Chintha, their one and only daughter Performed in a good way.Those two teenagers played the negative role where really convincing and nice.Shelu Abraham Played as Jeena Bhai IPS, Rachana Narayanankutty, Varghese, Sreelatha Namboothiri, Ponnamma Babu and Sadiq performed well.

Bottom Line: Puthiya Niyamam is a social Relevant Story which narrates the bad habits of this present generation executed in a good manner. P:S there are a lot of 18+ Comedies which will not be satisfied for family Audience.
