കുറേ സ്വപ്നങ്ങളും ഫാന്റസിയും തട്ടിൻപുറവും ആളുകളും കൃഷ്ണനും എല്ലാം ചേർന്ന അച്യുതന്റെ ജീവിതമാണ് ലാൽ ജോസിന്റെ തട്ടിൻപുറത്തെ അച്യുതൻ. അത്യാവശ്യം ആളുകളെ പിടിച്ച് ഇരുത്താനുള്ള തിരക്കഥ തന്നെയാണ് സിന്ധുരാജ് എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. മറ്റ് അഭിനേതാക്കൾക്കൊപ്പം 'നായിക നായകൻ' എന്ന പരിപാടിയിലൂടെ ലാൽജോസ് കണ്ടെത്തിയവരും നായിക ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാവരും നല്ല അഭിനയമാണ് കാഴ്ചവെച്ചത്. ഗാനങ്ങളും പശ്ചാത്തല സംഗീതവുമെല്ലാം മികച്ചു നിന്നു.ലാൽ ജോസിന്റെ സംവിധാനവും ചാക്കോച്ചന്റെ അഭിനയവും കൂടി ചേരുമ്പോൾ ബോറഡിക്കാതെ കണ്ടിരിക്കാവുന്ന ഒരവിധികാല സിനിമ തന്നെയാണ് തട്ടിൻപുറത്തെ അച്യുതൻ.
