Saw 2 movies. 1.Maze Runner:Scorch Trials Saw the first movie a while back and did not like it very much.So I was not particularly thrilled about this one.Good news is it is better than the first one.Not so good news is that it is still like any other YA movie adaptation out there.Chumma kandirikkaam 2.I am not a Serial Killer This is also a book to movie adaptation.John is a teenager who according to his therapist "has many predictors of a sociopath".He is obsessed with murder(His mother runs the funeral home and he helps out there sometimes) and has an uncanny fascination with serial killers.Soon a serial killer starts killing in John's quiet town and he comes face to face with someone with the killer..The movie is pretty good.Some aspects like pacing could have been better.Also there is some lag towards the middle of the movie.Though far from perfect the movie managed to hold my interest.There are some good bits to be found here.If you are looking for a different kind of thriller/drama you may check this one out. PS:The movie is very gory.Lots of corpses,mutilated bodies and blood is shown.If you have a problem with such stuff this one's not for you
The Usual Suspects - awesome! don't look up any scenes or the trailer. Just watch it. I had no expectations that's probably why I liked it very much. So, watch it with no expectations. This movie gave me goosebumps. I watched it five days ago, and I am still thinking about it.
The Prestige - Directed by Nolan, starring Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman. I have only watched two movies of Nolan. i.e. The Dark Night and Inception. I don't like either of them. This movie starts slow and eventually it will become engaging. However, the climax is kind of over the top and too much. The movie is good, and most people will like the climax. But, I just don't like the fact that he included sci-fi at the end.

SING STREET This is a wonderful film from start to finish, the actors are all perfect in their roles and the writing and direction for John Carney ('Begin Again' and 'Once') are superb. Plus you get some great fashions, great songs and even some brilliantly bad videos. This is a film that will brighten your day, make you laugh and affirm your faith in humanity – absolutely one hundred percent recommended.
