Aamir Khan’s speculated look from Secret Superstar.

Just sometime back, an exclusive image of Aamir Khan made headlines and left us wondering for which film Aamir experimenting with his looks yet again. Now, we got a clue that it could be for his production film Secret Superstar, in which the actor will be playing a cameo. That’s true. Aamir is making an appearance in his former manager Advait Chauhan’s directorial debut film and we just cannot keep stay calm. According to sources, Aamir will play the role of a mentor in the film. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to announce the news.

Taran wrote,”Zee Studios presents Aamir Khan Productions’ next film #SecretSuperstar, written-directed by Advait Chandan. Secret Superstar will star Aamir Khan in a special cameo. Film to release on 4 August 2017.”

Aamir Khan is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film, Dangal. So far, the film has made news for its impressive trailer and of course, the massive body transformation that Aamir had undergone to portray the character of Mahavir Singh Phogat, on whose life the film is based.

Aamir Khan to play a 40 minute extended cameo in Secret Superstar



After the success of his last venture, ‘Dangal’, Aamir Khan is all set for his next project, Secret Superstar. Aamir khan will be next seen in extended cameo in his next production, Advait Chandan's directorial debut, Secret Superstar. SRK has done something commendable by accepting the role in Dear Zindagi which was only 30 minutes. Now, Aamir Khan is doing the cameo in Secret Superstar which is around 40 minutes.



According to DNA India, Khan plays a musician in the film, which revolves around a young aspiring singer. Zaira Wasim, who starred with Khan in ‘Dangal’ will be playing the young girl in the film.



The movie, which is touted to be a musical drama, is directed by Advait Chandan and has ‘Dangal’ actress Zaira Wasin in the lead role. While Zaira plays a aspiring musician in the flick, who saves her mother from her abusive father with the help of an alcoholic divorcee, Aamir’s character will be instrumental in giving her a platform.



The film is scheduled for release on 4 August 2017.

 

Aamir Khan to lend voice for Secret Superstar?



Aamir Khan will next be seen in a special appearance in his own production Secret Superstar. After surprising fans with his special look in the movie, the actor is now rumoured to lend his voice to it.



As Deccan Chronicle reports a source explaining, “Aamir Khan might lend his voice for a song in Secret Superstar. However, things are in the preliminary stage, and nothing has been confirmed yet. If he agrees, the song will be recorded in the next couple of months.”



Directed by Advait Chandan, ‘Secret Superstar’, is set to release on 4th August. The film tells the story of a Muslim girl from Gujarat who hides her identity by wearing a burka and uploads videos of her singing on the web.
