    Kabali is an upcoming Indian Tamilmob film written and directed by Pa. Ranjith. The film stars Rajinikanth, Kishore, Kalaiyarasan,Dhansika, and Dinesh Ravi. Principal photography for the film began on 21 August 2015 in Chennai,[1] while filming commenced inMalaysia and will continue in Bangkok and Hong Kong afterwards.[2][3][4] The film will be dubbed and simultaneously released in Telugu as Mahadeva.    ​

    Radhika Apte starts shooting for Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’

    Actress Radhika Apte has started shooting in Goa for “Kabali”, which also stars Rajinikanth. She says she was “looking forward” to it and is “very excited”.

    “I have been looking forward to start shooting for this film and finally I am here in Goa. We start shoot today (Friday) and I am very excited for it,” Radhika, who has delivered critically acclaimed performances in “Badlapur” and “Ahalya”, said in a statement.


    Radhika departed for Goa on Thursday and is expected to shoot for almost 15 days in the state.

    Directed by Pa. Ranjith, “Kabali” is expected to release next year.

    The talented 'Hunterrr' famed beauty Radhika Apte who currently began filming opposite Rajinikanth for their upcoming next 'Kabali' has received a compliment from the superstar within days of commencement of their shoot. In the film, Rajinikanth plays a mob boss and Radhika plays his wife.

    The actress shot her first scene with the legend over the weekend, in Goa. She was nervous, but the superstar made her feel comfortable by helping her with her lines, cracking a joke and complimenting her work. Though Radhika has earlier done a Tamil film (Dhoni), and is familiar with the language, she was conscious about not taking retakes while shooting with the star.

    On the first day of shoot only she had dialogues, while her co-star didn't. But she learned them so well that she didn’t have to do any retakes. Remarked an excited Radhika, "I feel it's a great opportunity to be able to work with Rajini sir. He is the most humble and simple human being I have come across. I feel lucky to share screen space with him so early on in my career."

    'Kabali' will be shot in Chennai, Malaysia, Bangkok and Hong Kong and dubbed and simultaneously released in Telugu as Mahadeva.
