    Velaiyilla Pattathari which was released in 2014 was cinematographer Velraj’s directorial debut that featured Dhanush, Amala Paul, Samuthirakani, Saranya Ponvannan and others. The film was about the journey of an uncompromising civil engineer who sought the right kind of employment. Hrishikesh played Dhanush’s younger brother in the film.



    Now that the announcement of VIP2 has come in, with the key cast of VIP (Dhanush, Amala Paul and Samuthirakani), we wondered if Hrishikesh is there in VIP 2 also.



    We spoke to the actor and this is what he had to say, “Initially, there were talks, but I don’t know the status right now. Nothing has been confirmed to me on it. I think they will get back on this soon. Right now, I am waiting for my film Rum to release”

    It was 19 years back when Bollywood heroine Kajol made her debut in the Prabhu Deva film Minsara Kanavu. Now, the Chennai gossip circles reveal that Kajol will be doing a very key role in Dhanush’s VIP 2.



    It is a known fact that Soundarya Rajnikanth will be directing VIP 2 and reports reveal that as soon as Soundarya revealed the story to Kajol, the star actress agreed to be a part of the film right away.

    Even though a confirmation is yet to be made, this news has created a huge buzz all over. Well, it would be a rocking pair to see Dhanush and Kajol on screen together.
