Date : 05/05/2017 Theater : Q Cinemas Time : 12:15pm Status : 100% CIA is a neatly packaged cinema.The engaging narration supported by the fabulous technical aspects and an astounding performance from the lead actor makes this a good watch.The film may not be a novel stuff when it comes to the basic theme,still it has got enough elements to garner your interest.Dulquer once again proves that he is a bundle of talent,the terrific enhancement in his performance is something to watch out for.Dulquer's matchless screen presence and intense performance was a treat to watch,the well nuanced portrayal of Aji Mathew is enough to stamp his as a top-notch performer - Extremely happy being his fan.Siddique,Soubin and Dileesh Pothan were superb in their roles.The debutante heroine comes up with a decent performance,while the rest of the cast including Chandini and John Vijay were fine. On the technical grounds,CIA is a quality product.The frames were picturesque and played a large role in taking the latter half a notch above of what it should be.Editing was fine,still a little more effort in the second half could have made this much crisper.Music and Bgm is superb and can be easily rated as Gopi Sundar's best work in recent times.The soundtracks were electrifying,when those tunes came along with some of the power packed sequences,it was taken into a whole new level.Amal Neerad yet again displays his prowess as a filmmaker,a wafer-thin plot has been made into a watchable cinema.His narrative pattern is always a joy to watch,it will be an entertaining amalgamation of action,romance,humor and feel-good moments.To sum it up,CIA has nothing exemplary to boast off,but this one will turn out to be a pretty good cinema if you keep your expectations low. Overall,CIA is Entertaining ! 7/10
