Generally good movies don't get much hype...and at times they find their place in trash! If word of mouth cud do wonders, then here is one movie that can be worth a watch for the teenagers and parents of teenagers..... Movie : Searching Show Time : 8.30 Venue : Cinepolis Occupancy : 60% The movie is a mystery thriller. Margot who is a teenager goes missing and her widowed father David Kim is in the verge of finding her. He is such a good dad, that he tries to analyse all her behavioral patterns..tracks her social media, all the digital footprints that cud help him to track where her daughter is. the film reflects the biggest irony in our lives - "loneliness" and wat datz whr we find the social medias such as facebook, insta, twitter, tumblr, Youcasts etc all coming into our life and forums too ..... Its just a small story of 1.45 hrs and it touches every aspect of todays digital world .....a parent whr they start clicking pics, videos like "birth, first teeth, first babystep, first lessons" .. i really dont know whether the need to document our lives with social media is a boon or bane? but yea, to use it rightly and parents having eye on their child can make life much better! the movie is all about technology....a very innovative way of story telling....every missed calls, the keys pressed ..text read....and wat next makes you a part of the search operation. many a times, i too myself thot while in chat, how many times do we write and delete .....how many times do we really think while typing a single line often chats are misinterpreted ..... This search for his daughter is "unique"..... many twists and turns....every time u shall think ohh the plot ends here...but then comes a new twist to the story! Credits to the actors John Cho (who acted as Margot's dad) and Debra Messing who is the Detective.... Ending the review stating "Ahem, thus is our virtual life"
