Date : 26/06/2016 Theater : Q Cinemas Time : 9:45am Status : 60% Role Models is an entertaining outing from Fahadh and team.This one is a well packaged cinema with enough comedies to garner the viewers interest.The best thing about the movie is indeed its lead cast,they together light up the screen with their wonderfully worked out on screen chemistry.Fahadh like always comes up with an impressively restrained act,though his character has some minor similarities to that of his award winning perfomance in North 24 Kaatham,the way he oozes up the role makes it a likable performance.Vinayakan,Sharafudheen and Vinay Fort did a splendid job in keeping the humor quotient unsacthed,their amusing one-liners and spot-on counters were simply superb.Namitha Pramod,Renji Panicker,Rafi and the rest of the cast were fine in their respective roles. The technical aspects were fine,the vivid and vibrant frames helped in maintatining a pleasurable atmosphere throughout.Editing could have been better,especially in the later half which had a series of awful sequences.Gopi Sundar's tunes were not so great,neither it was bad.Rafi follows his template pattern of a comic entertainer,still the presence of some really hilarious scenes makes it an easy one time watch.However,Rafi could have made the second half on a better note,it had some extremely tedious sequences,still the pleasing finale covered up most of the flaws.To sum it up,Role Models should not be approached with a bundle of expectations,this one is just a decent comedy flick which will provide you some good entertainment. Overall,Role Models is Watchable ! 6/10
