EXCLUSIVE: THALA 57 IS AJITH'S MOST EXPENSIVE FILM TILL DATE!


Thala 57 aka AK 57 is allegedly the most expensive film of Thala Ajith Kumar till date. According to our sources close to the team, the film’s budget has crossed over 100 crores. This project has some of the big names from the country like Ajith himself, Vivek Oberoi, Kajal and Akshara Haasan. Major portions of the film have also been shot abroad.

No wonder Ajith’s market and fan frenzy keep expanding by every film of his which is reflected through the collection of his recent films. He still remains as the King of openings in Tamil cinema.

By the way, the first look poster of Thala 57 is expected to be released soon; the exact date is yet to be informed. Ajith and the rest of the team are on a small break now and are expected to resume shoot post-Pongal.

 

If reports are to be believed, the release of Thala Ajith's upcoming film, directed by Siva is likely to be postponed. The film, which was supposed to hit screens for Tamil New Year on April 14, is now likely to release for Ramzan in June. In the meantime, we hear that the first look of the poster will be released on Pongal. However, there is no confirmation on the same. Thala57 has Ajith, Kajal Aggarwal, Akshara Haasan and Vivek Oberoi. Music for the film is by Anirudh and cinematography is by Vetri. The shoot for the film is on in Slovenia.
