Ram Charan has teamed up with Kick fame Surender Reddy for the upcoming film Dhruva. The movie is proceeding at a very quick pace and has even wrapped up an important part of its shoot. The film recently competed filming its first schedule and will now start the second schedule in Hyderabad from the 22nd of May. Several key investigation and action scenes will be shot during this schedule. Dhruva is the a remake of the Tamil hit film Thani Oruvan and the main highlight of the film is Aravind Swami who plays the the role of an antagonist opposite Ram Charan who will be seen in quite a new look.
According to the latest update, the next schedule of Ram Charan’s ongoing action thriller, tentatively titled Dhruva, has been delayed slightly. The latest schedule was supposed to be kick-started on the 22nd of this month, but it has now been pushed to June 3rd as Charan is also overseeing the preproduction process of his maiden home production, his father Megastar Chiranjeevi’s prestigious comeback film. Dhruva is an official remake of the super hit Tamil thriller, Thani Oruvan. The film is being directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Charan’s uncle Allu Aravind. Rakul Preet Singh will be seen romancing Ram Charan once again after their last outing Bruce Lee. Hip Hop Tamizha will score the music.
We had already reported that star hero Ram Charan will be seen in a special look for his upcoming action entertainer Dhruva. Charan is already training for the film and is taking special care of his diet too. Latest update reveals that he has turned vegetarian for the film and is on a special diet. A special trainer has been appointed to take care of Charan for his look in the film. This news was revealed by Charan himself on his Face Book page. Latest update reveals that ace cameraman P S Vinod has been brought in place of Aseem Mishra. Though reasons yet unknown, P S Vinod will be handling the camera from now on. The unit will then move on to the Kashmir schedule, which will kick-start on the 20th of this month. Dhruva is an official remake of the super hit Tamil action thriller, Thani Oruvan. Charan will be playing the role of a meticulous IPS officer. Rakul Preet Singh will be seen opposite Charan and Aravind Swami is the film’s antagonist. If the ongoing reports are to be believed, talented actor Navdeep has been roped in to play a crucial role as one of the trainee IPS officers and as Ram Charan’s close friend in the latter’s ongoing film, Dhruva. The film’s latest schedule kick-started in Hyderabad recently and Ram Charan is participating in the shoot. This is not the first time Navdeep is playing a key role in a star hero’s film. In the past too, he was seen playing important roles in films like Baadshah, Aarya 2 and Oh My Friend etc. Of late Navdeep has cut down his filmy assignments and is concentrating more on his new business venture, an upscale night pub named Beats Per Minute.
