Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan and comedian Brahmanandam will join hands for the first time for an action sequence in the first schedule of upcoming trilingual action-comedySabaash Naidu.

In the film, which will feature Haasan as a RAW operative, Brahmanandam will be seen as his sidekick.





"In the first schedule which will start later this week in the US, Haasan and Brahmanandam will shoot for a chase sequence. The team will spend the first few days rehearsing for the scene and will eventually shoot the scene without body doubles," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

Directed by TK Rajeev Kumar, the film also stars Shruti Haasan, Ramya Krishnan and Manu Narayan in important roles. The Puliactress will play Haasan's reel daughter for the first time.

In the film's Hindi version, titled Sabaash Kundu, Saurabh Shukla will replace Brahmanandam.

Nearly 80 percent of the film will be shot in the USA. Produced by Haasan's Raaj Kamal International, the film will hit the screens worldwide on December 1st.
Maestro Ilaiyaraaja has already started working on the tunes. Kamal Haasan had recently wrote about working with the musical genius, on his official social media page.

"Working with Raja fun as ever. Ready to trod the untrodden. Looking forward to that date. When TN meets LA District 78 of LA," theManmadan Ambu star had said.

Meanwhile, Ravikumar, the General Secretary of an organization called 'Viduthalai Siruthai Katchi' has requested Kamal Haasan to change the title of the film.

According to a report, Ravikumar has said, "The caste-based violence is all-time high and honour killing is also on an alarming rise in Tamil Nadu now. So, film titles signifying caste or community will only aggravate the present situation. And the ill-effects of some of the titles used by Kamal sir still continue in few villages. Let him not play around once again by using a title which involves a particular community."

 

Universal Star Kamal Haasan, who recently took a break from the shoot to fulfill his duty of voting in polls as a responsible citizen, has reportedly locked the release date of his upcoming film Sabhash Naidu. The film is currently being shot in the US. An important chase sequence featuring Kamal and Brahmanandam has already been shot.

Directed by TK Rajeev Pillai, this one has Ramya Krishnan and Shruti Haasan in important roles, while Maestro Illaiyarja is scoring the music. Raaj Kamal Films International is the producer.

Kamal has reportedly locked December 1 as the release date for the comedy thriller and the team is expected to leave no stone unturned to meet the deadline.

 

We have already reported that Kamal Hassan kick started his new flick titled Sabaash Naidu in April. The film is a trilingual and will be releasing in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

According to the latest reports, the film has been locked to hit the screens on December 1st. The film also stars Shruthi Hassan, Ramya Krishna and Bramanandam. This will be the first time that Shruthi Hassan will be starring alongside her father.

Sabaash Naidu is an extension of one of Kamal Hassan’s hilarious character in Dasavatharam. The film is being directed by TK Rajeev Kumar.

We have already reported that Kamal Hassan will be doing a trilingual titled Sabaash Naidu. Latest update reveals that the shooting of this film has kick started in Los Angeles.

According to the latest reports, some very crucial scenes on Brahmanandam and Kamal Haasan were shot there. The film has been locked to hit the screens on December 1st and also stars Shruthi Hassan and Ramya Krishna as female leads. The film is being directed by TK Rajeev Kumar.

 

Universal Star Kamal’s Shabhash Naidu, which is Raj Kamal Films's 41st film, is a Tamil-Telugu- Hindi trilingual directed by acclaimed Malayalam director T.K. Rajeev Kumar. The news is that, like most of Kamal's films, this one too is facing some hiccups. The relief is that it's not any unwarranted controversy that is dogging Kamal.

The film's shoot has been kick-started in the US. Kamal plays a RAW officer in this film, which has Brahmanandam playing his assistant. About 80 pc of the film will be shot in that country. The shoot is supposed to be wrapped up by the end of June or the first week of July.

However, luck is not on the makers' side, apparently. The reason is that some of the artists haven't got their visa approved due to different reasons. This is not going to happen in urgency and so, the makers are staring at a two-week delay or so.

The titles are Sabash Naidu in Tamil and Telugu and Sabash Kundu in Hindi.

Ramya Krishnan is paired up with Kamal and Shruthi Haasan shares screen space with her father after a long gap since Thevar Magan.

The Telugu audience will have a double treat because Kamal is now sharing screen space with Brahmi. On the other hand, the Tamil audience will get to watch a unique combination. Hollywood actor Manu Narayan has been roped in to play an important role.
