Mammootty’s Masterpiece Satellite Rights Sold for a record price

Masterpiece is one of the most anticipated Mammootty starer Malayalam movie which is going to hit on big screen after the big success of Pullikkaran Staraa. It is a campus thriller movie directed by young film maker Ajay Vasudev. According to the latest reports regarding the movie is that the television satellite rights of the movie has been collected by Mazhavil Manorama for a record amount of 6 Crores even before the release. This is the highest price earned by a Malayalam film in this kind. Currently the movie is in its post-production stages. Mammootty’s big fan support and popularity among the families have helped the film to collect a huge amount.

The story of the film is based on the problem happens in a college campus while a new professor come to the college. Santhosh Pandit, Unnimukundan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Mahima Nambiar and Gokul Suresh are also playing important roles along with Mammootty. One of the main high light of the movie is the presence of actor Santhosh Pandit who handles a vital role in this film. He will plays a throughout character in this movie. For the first time he features a character for a film made by another director.

In this film Mammootty will plays the central character as Edward Livingstone, who is a professor in the college. The film essays the the problem happens in a college campus while a rigid and tough professor Eddy come to the college. Maqbool Salmaan, Mukesh, Divya Pillai, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Arjun Nandakumar, Saju Navodaya, Kalabhavan Shajon are also featuring in some of the important supporting roles in this movie.

This big budget film is bankrolled by CH Muhammed under the banner of Royal cinemas. After the huge success of Pulimurugan, Udayakrishna penned the script for this movie. Deepak Dev composes the music for the film and Vinod Illampally is the man who handles the cinematography. while Pulimurugan editor Johnkutty is in charge of the cuts.
