good for him.. i never believed he will move away esp if leicester can match / nearly match rival offers... i am even worried wenger being wenger, he wud try him out of position in the flanks and keep his loyal striker giroud as centre forward even if the transfer go forward...
It would seem its just a negotiation tactic gone wrong by the Vardy camp. David Ornstein, a very good guy to follow for solid news rather than rumors, has tweeted saying Arsenal won't improve their offer and will look for other options. Its obvious from the tweet that Vardy camp is looking for more money. Especially after agreeing to come in the first place. I refuse to believe Arsenal triggered the release clause without getting the players "yes". Giroud statement, Parlour comment all suggest that and in the light of this new statement its obvious what is happening. He will obviously be hailed for being loyal, but it isn't that clear cut. A case of both sides playing hard ball. Hope we find a striker, Vardy or otherwise.
