Allu Arjun is currently in Abu Dhabi, where he’s shooting for his upcoming film DJ. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in lead roles and the film’s latest schedule in Abu Dhabi began yesterday. Some scenes are being shot on the lead pair and buzz is that a song will also be shot here.



Meanwhile, the film has been in news of late after its first teaser went viral on Youtube. It has already crossed 6 million views and the buzz surrounding the film has skyrocketed after Allu Arjun’s look and body language were revealed.

Dil Raju is producing the film and it’s likely to release in mid May this year.

Stylish Star Allu Arjun is fast wrapping up his ongoing action entertainer, Duvvada Jagannadham. After this movie, Bunny will move on to writer Vakkantham Vamsi’s directorial debut movie. Tentatively titled Naa Peru Surya, this movie is expected to be launched on April 8th, coinciding Bunny’s birthday.



According to the latest reports, Naa Peru Surya’s story is set in Vizag. However, the film will also be shot extensively in Dehradun and Goa. Currently, the movie’s unit is reportedly busy with the permissions related logistics.

Naa Peru Surya is a high budget action drama laced with an inspiring social message. This movie will be bankrolled by Lagadapati Sridhar.

 

Ever since Harish Shankar turned director, apparently he had a dream – to watch Allu Arjun dance live on the sets. And thanks to his latest film, DJ (Duvvada Jagannadham), the wish is finally coming true after all these years. Incidentally, DJ is also the first film for which Allu Arjun and Harish Shankar have collaborated.

The unit of Allu Arjun’s ongoing high budget entertainer, Duvvada Jagannadham, has wrapped up the Abu Dhabi schedule on a high note yesterday.



The unit is heading back to Hyderabad from the desert country and will resume the post-production work and prep up for the next schedule, in which the rest of the songs and the balance talkie part will be wrapped up.

Allu Arjun is keen on repeating Sarrainodu’s summer success and is planning to release Duvvada Jagannadham in the third week of May. Harish Shankar is directing DJ and Pooja Hegde is the film’s leading lady. Dil Raju is producing this movie.

 

Pooja Hegde, who’s currently playing the lead role in Allu Arjun’s DJ, took everyone by surprise yesterday, thanks to a racy photoshoot. The actress posed for Maxim magazine and it’s quite obvious from the cover page that Pooja has revealed her most glamorous avatar so far.

DJ, directed by Harish Shankar, was recently shot in Abu Dhabi. A song was canned on the lead actors and buzz is that Pooja will be seen as an NRI in this full-fledged entertainer.

The film’s teaser went viral on the internet with almost 9.4 million views. Devi Sri Prasad has scored the music.
