    Fan is heading for a $10 million plus total Overseas as it stands at $9.25 million plus after ten days. This will be tenth Shahrukh Khan film to cross $10 million Overseas. In total 21 films have crossed $10 million so almost half the $10 million plus grossers are Shahrukh Khan starrers.



    The others that have crossed $10 million are Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, Om Shanti Om, My Name Is Khan, Ra. One, Don 2, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Chennai Express, Happy New Year and Dilwale. The Worldwide total of Fan is around 172 crore.



    The film has under performed in most overseas markets though has scored in the Gulf with business of $3.5 million apprx.

    Saturday - 2,50,00,000

    Sunday - 3,50,00,000

    Monday - 1,00,00,000 apprx



    Total - 8,75,00,000



    The film is likely to finish the second week with business with around 11.25 crore nett business and lifetime around 85 crore nett.

    Fan had a big fall in week two as it grossed around 11.25 crore nett apprx. The drop is 84% apprx from the first week and the total business of the film is around 82 crore nett. The collections compare poorly with the second weeks of other releases this year listed below and its not as any of these set the box office on fire.



    1. Airlift - 28.78 crore

    2. Neerja - 21.37 crore

    3. Kapoor & Sons - 17.46 crore

    4. Ki & Ka - 12.45 crore

    5. Fan - 11.25 crore apprx



    The film has fared better in some markets and is the biggest grosser the year in places like West Bengal and Tamil Nadu / Kerala but that is mainly due to the fact Shahrukh Khan is the top star in these markets and although business is good compared to other films its just average for a Shahrukh Khan starrer
