The title of Vikram Prabhu’s Mudi Sooda Mannan with director SR Prabhakaran of Sundarapandian fame has been changed as Sathriyan. Sathya Jyothi Films is bankrolling the film, which also has Manjima Mohan playing Vikram Prabhu’s romantic interest. Interestingly Sathriyan is yesteryear cult classic film of Vijayakanth, which was scripted by Mani Ratnam and directed by late Subaash. “Happy to announce my next project Mudi Sooda Mannan title has been changed to Sathriyan. Many friends are asking me about the title change whether it's true or rumor. Yes, the news about the title change is true. We were planning to announce it on new year but a social media friend, who got the news, out of his eagerness modified our existing poster & released it”, wrote SR Prabhakaran on his Twitter page. Sivakumar Vijayan of Irudhi Suttru fame is cranking the camera for Sathriyan and Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music.
