Having made a splash with Telugu film Nenu Sailaja earlier this year, actress Keerthy Suresh has become the most sought after southern heroine, with offers pouring in from all the southern industries. Currently shooting for Vijay 60, Keerthy has been approached by several Telugu filmmakers and producers. The young actress, however, is not very keen on signing multiple projects and is said to only work on one project at a time. Hence, she wants to complete working on Vijay 60 and then think about what her next project will be. While there are rumours that she has signed another project, she's yet to confirm the news. In such high demand, it must be interesting to see what kind of projects Keerthy will look forward to sign.

Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaran Review - A running gag, few laughs and fillers Bharath Vijayakumar Plot: Largely insignificant and merely a filler. Cast: Soori is very much the reason for the film to come out largely unscathed. After a few rusty outings looks like the comedian has found form – Marudhu, Idhu Namma Aalu and now this. Vishnu Vishal is happy to play second fiddle. Robo Shankar does well at a few places (particularly that climax stretch centered around him). Ravi Maria repeats his hyperactively foolish persona from his previous outings with Ezhil. Despite a very routine and mundane role it must be said that Nikki Galrani does keep emoting well. Direction: Ezhil clearly knows his priorities. The film has its share of laugh worthy moments. But why a length of 138 minutes with those tiring songs? The film almost entirely runs on a single gag involving Soori credited as ‘Pushpa Purushan’. No offence but this could have easily been made the title of the film. Ezhil’s recent films has calibrated our expectations and as such Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaran does not disappoint. If naming henchmen as Abhishek and Pradeep sounds fun to you this could very well be your kind of film. Bottomline You pretty much know what Ezhil is up to these days with films like Manam Kothi Paravai, Desingu Raja and Vellakara Durai. Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaran sincerely toes this line and does pass muster. Verdict: 2.5/5
