Santhanam will be doing his next with none other than director Selvaraghavan. He announced this news by tweeting “Hi friends very glad to announce my next project in association with director @selvaraghavan . More details reg. the project to follow soon” Director Selvaraghavan replied to this tweet, saying “Very happy to announce that my next film will be starring @iamsanthanam ..looking forward.” This is an unexpected and fresh combination which has taken the Kollywood insiders by surprise. Lawrence-Ritika film Shivalinga starts rolling Raghava Lawrence who tasted huge success with his horror-comedy genre films, is at it again. The choreographer/filmmaker is all set to entertain us with yet another horror movie Shivalinga, which started its shoot recently. Popular filmmaker P. Vasu directs the film, which has Ritika Singh of Irudhi Suttru fame playing the female lead in a crucial role. It is a remake of Vasu’s earlier Kannada blockbuster with the same name, which starred Shivaraj Kumar and Vedhika. The movie also features Vasu’s son Shakthi and he is reprising his original role in this.
EXCLUSIVE-DHARMADURAI RELEASE PLANS The makers of Vijay Sethupati's Dharmadurai are gearing up for its audio release function. When we spoke to producer RK Suresh about this, he said, "We are planning to hold an audio launch event on the 27th of July. The plan will be finalised soon enough though". Talking about the movie release plans he also said, "We are waiting for it's censor certificate and only after we receive it, can we zero in on a final release date. Kavalai Vendam is said to be a new age rom-com. Actors like Bobby Simha, Sunaina, RJ Balaji, Mayilsamy and Balasaravanan are playing pivotal roles while the young and talented Leon James heads the music department.
