Siddique ropes in Dileep for another comedy It looks like Dileep is in no mood to try anything other than comedy in his movies, these days. The actor, who recently played the lead in the comic caper King Liar, scripted by Siddique, will team up with him next, again for a comedy. Siddique, who will be directing the film this time, says, "Dileep plays a hotel management student who is also working alongside. His is a child-like character named Priyaranjan. He is quite obstinate by nature and hold grudges against people for life, even for minor confrontations. It's not in his nature to reach a compromise." The upcoming movie is also scripted by Siddique, who adds, "We will start working on this project next year. I will be completing my film with Jayasurya first. The rest of the cast and crew are also expected to be finalised in a few months' time." Dileep and Siddique had previously collaborated for the successful comedy film Bodyguard, which went on to be remade in Tamil as Kaavalan and Bodyguard in Hindi. It was also the director's debut in both the languages.
Siddique - Dileep movie which was supposed to be a Vishu release will only go on floors after Mohanlal's movie. Siddique tells in an interview, “The movie has not been dropped. As the court case is going on, Dileep said he would do it once that is over.”
