At a recent press conference, Aamir Khanmade an interestingly revelation about how he acquired the title of his upcoming sports film, Sultan. Apparently, the rights to the title were with yesteryears Bollywood actor, Puneet Issar. Since Salman Khan is close to Puneet and has also worked in his directorial debut, Garv, whereas Puneet was a contestant on season eight of Bigg Boss(hosted by Salman), Aamir had requested Salman to speak on his behalf to Puneet for the title.

Elaborating on how he finally got the title, Aamir said, “Puneet Isaar had the rights to the title. So I asked Salman to call Puneet because he’s close to him. Salman then called Puneet, and we got the rights. So while people think that Salman and I are fighting, Salman actually helped me.”

Now that’s interesting!

 

Mr. Perfectionist as he is fondly called, Aamir Khan likes to maintain a low profile. While the actor is admired for his choice of films and his commitment towards social causes, Aamir loves to be grounded.

In a recent interaction with the press, when asked about his competitors, the two other Khans, Aamir Khan said that he feels like nobody when he walks into the room. Aamir Khan said, “I feel Salman, Amit ji and Shah Rukh have been bigger stars than me.”

The down to earth man also added, “When I see Salman and Shah Rukh walk into a room, I feel that a star has come. But I walk in, I feel like a nobody has entered.”

What a humble soul!
