    Sherlock

As a die-hard fan of the source material, Sherlock was indeed a delightful experience, and the modernisation works artfully.A flawlessly intriguing narrative, slick production values, and of course, a magnificent cast makes it an exciting series.Could there possibly be a better Sherlock Holmes, Cumberbatch nailed it like a boss. His acute yet witty sense of pride, his impeccable brilliance, his compelling vigour, his oozing charisma, and a couple of other features were brilliantly portrayed, a truly top-notch performance.Martin Freeman makes an excellent companion for Holmes, and their clever repartee is something to look out for.Taking everything into account, Sherlock was a triumph for BBC.

It's all about the legend, the stories, and the adventures of a junkie who solves crimes to get high, and the doctor who never came home from the war.

    Money Heist (Spanish Series)

For a theme that has been tried and tested in a wide range of movies, Money Heist is refreshingly original. The premise may seem a little incredible, nevertheless, an absolutely intriguing narrative comprising of style, thrills and action bestrides the imperfections. The performances are great, Alvaro Morte and Pedro Alonso are exceptional, and indeed the best.Money Heist intelligently blends a highly unique and comprehensive robbery on a sumptuous scale, and with remarkable character development, this truly is a clever and artistic series.

    22 Episodes - One Heist ❤️

Sacred Games. The first Netflix original from India. Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap. Starring Nawazuddin Siddique, Saif Ali Khan, and Radhika Apte.

8 episodes in the first season and Netflix has a winner on their hands in the first attempt itself. Riveting and refreshing take on the Mumbai underworld. Stupendous performance from Siddique. Saif was also exceptional. The series evolves around two characters, the gangster Gaitonde and the troubled cop Sartaaj Singh. The tale unfolds in two different time periods. The present Mumbai and the Mumbai of the late-eighties and early-nineties. Refreshing to see a gangster story uncensored and raw. Lot of expletive dialogues and some nudity.

The series is supposed to have four seasons. Can't wait for the second.

    Arrested Development

The first three seasons were a hoot, no wonder why many people were raving about this show.In a collaborative endeavor from Hurtwitz Company, 20th Century Fox, and Imagine Television, Arrested Development is genuinely funny. The eccentricity of 'Bluth Family', an exceedingly artistic narrative, utterly hysterical characters, and the remarkable tongue-in-cheek humor - It isn't everyday a show like 'Arrested Development' comes along.

However, the revived fourth season is a dismay, it doesn't reach the lofty standards set by the first three seasons, and it doesn't do the show's legacy any good.
