Azhar was flat on day two as the growth came in Delhi city, East Punjab and Mysore while other areas were flat or down a little. The two day business of Azhar is as follows Friday - 6,25,00,000 Saturday - 6,50,00,000 apprx Total - 12,75,00,000 The film had to show bigger growth really though major multiplexes did grow on Saturday it was not the type of growth required. Sunday should be better and the Monday will have to show strong hold if it is to have any chance to take advantage of this 2-3 week period of few major releases.
Azhar grossed 20 crore nett plus on its first weekend but the trend was not really there. The business is okay in a couple of sectors but overall collections should have been better or at least better growth on Satuday. The weekend business of Azhar is as follows Friday - 6,25,00,000 Saturday - 6,50,00,000 Sunday - 7,50,00,000 Total - 20,25,00,000 The film had best figures in Gujarat and Nizam / Andhra. The only real plus is a weak release schedule till Housefull 3 in early June and if Monday can have a hold it can benefit from that.

For her next film 'Raabta', Kriti Sanon took special time out to stay in Budapest, to prepare for her character. As per sources, Kriti's character 'Raabta' is someone who needs to be familiar with Budapest. Since she is naturally not familiar with the place as it was her first time living there, she put efforts into it. The actress would leave alone walking around the place, exploring the city on foot. While she was doing all this, she even made some local friends there. She picked up a couple of Hungarian words from them. On their recommendation, the actress even visited some local eateries there and absorbed the place completely. These experiences have really helped Kriti build her character as well as she enjoyed the feeling of doing things alone. Sharing on this, Kriti's spokesperson said, "This was required for her role and it has been a fun, learning process for her. By now, she is very familiar with the place." Directed by Dinesh Vijan, 'Raabta' stars Sushant Singh Rajput along with Kriti.
