At the promotional event of ‘Te3n’, Vidya Balan revealed about her upcoming ventures. Off-late the actress has generated interest in regional cinema. She claimed and also revealed that she has been offered couple of Pakistani films as well. On being asked about her offers of Pakistani films, the actress said, “I have lately got a couple of offers. It really depends on the script. I've seen the Pakistani film 'Bol' and I loved it. I haven't watched 'Khamosh Pani' yet but I know it's a very good film. I'm open to work anywhere in the world.” Interestingly, many Bollywood actors have refused to work in Pakistani films due to varied reasons. The actress was apparently asked if she has liked any script, she said, “I've not yet had the meeting with them. I've got a couple of calls. They want to come and narrate the story.”
Housefull 3 had decent Monday dropping just a little under 50%. The collections on Monday will be around 7.75-8 crore nett which will take the four day business of the film to over 60 crore nett. The film dropped in places like Nizam / Andhra and Mysore but Delhi /UP and Gujarat were steady. This film has performed very well in Mumbai thanks to the Gujarat / Saurashtra belt and the Mumbai collections in four days have hit the 20 crore nett mark. The film had a very good Sunday but with business lopsided to multiplexes the ticket pricing factor comes into play on Monday as a huge ratio of business is coming from multiplexes where ticket rates are dropped and this is not a content film which did limited business over the weekend. The first week business will be good and should be around 78-79 crore nett if it shows normal 10-15% falls over the next three days. The record for Akshay Kumar starrers is 79.50 crore nett of Airlift but that got advantage of a huge Republic Day holiday over the weekdays.
Housefull 3 has done very well in Gulf easily becoming the highest Akshay Kumar opener in the market beating Airlift which had benefit of being a Gulf based film. Fan remains top opener but that is a Shahrukh Khan film which changes all equations Overseas even if conntent not upto the mark. The top opening weekend grossers in Gulf are as follows. 1. Fan - $2.35 million 2. Housefull 2 - $1.4 million 3. Airlift - $1.2 million 4. Kapoor & Sons - $850,000 5. Ki & Ka - $700,000 Gulf and Pakistan are by far the best Overseas markets for the film. the under performance has come in the West where collections in US / Canada and UK are less than the last film in the franchise.

Baahubali: The Conclusion Climax to be shot from June The shooting for the climax portions of Baahubali - Conclusion will kick start from June 13. It is said that the shooting for the climax portions will happen for 10 weeks. The climax portions will be shot at Ramoji FIlm City and Sabu Cyril has erected special sets there. Bahubali 2 featuring Prabhas, Rana Dagubatti, Anushka, Tamannaah, Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan and Nassar in the lead roles is directed by Rajamouli. The movie is set to release on April 14, 2017.
