Continuing with reporting the detailed updates about the various distribution rights of Kabali, we know bring you the prices from the East and West Godavari region. Sources close to us reveal that these area rights have been sold for 2.5 and 2 crores respectively.

The godavari region is considered a good revenue collecting point as fans are always excited about the film releases from years. Kabali has been sold for some good amounts and trade pundits are expecting some good amounts from the week of its release.

Directed by Ranjith Pa, this film has Radhika Apte as the female lead.

 

Right from the day one, Kabali is one film which has been doing some unprecedented business all over. Be it the satellite rights or the various distribution rights, this film has left everyone behind in terms of pre-release business.

Latest update now reveals that the Telugu dubbing rights of the film were sold for a whopping 31 crores for both the Telugu states. This is the highest ever for a Tamil dubbed film till date.

Directed by Ranjith Pa, this film is releasing in over 4000 screens all over this Friday.

 

As the release date is nearing soon, the makers of Kabali are busy sorting out various distribution rights of the film. The film has been sold for some unheard of prices and this has upset many distributors who had to spend that extra amount to buy the film.

One of the leading distribution houses in Nizam is making all plans to stop the release of the film. The reason behind this is that they had lost close to 7.5 crores during the release of Rajni’s previous film Kochadiyaan.

Directed by Rajni’s daughter Soundarya, Konchadiyaan failed miserably at the box office hurting many distributors big time. Reports suggest that a promise was made to this leading distribution house that their losses will be cleared with future Rajni films.

Now, as Kabali is ready for release, the same distribution house is holding a crucial meeting today at Telangana film distributors council to sort out this dead lock.

In Nizam alone, Kabali is releasing in over 330 screens on Friday. Let’s see how the next two days unfold.
