This morning, young hero Sumanth Ashwin’s upcoming romantic thriller, Right Right, completed its censor formalities with a clean U certificate. The film also stars Pooja Zhaveri and Baahubali Prabhakar. Directed by debutant Manu, Right Right is set for a June 10 release. Incidentally, yet another young hero Sundeep Kishan’s latest romantic thriller, Okka Ammayi Thappa, is also gearing up for a June 10 release. Both Sumanth and Sundeep are awaiting a solid hit to bring their respective careers back on success track. Both these films are made in romantic thriller genre, and we will have to see if both these young stars will score hits despite clash.
Actress Savitri is popularly known as ‘Mahanati’ and to this day, she has her loyal fans. Savitri’s beauty and acting skills are peerless and now, her life story is going to be made into a film. The director who is attempting this is Nag Ashwin, who made a superb first impression with ‘Yevade Subramanyam’. Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film, ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’, is already in production and the movie is carrying good hype because of the subject. The movie is a historical epic based on the life of the Telugu King Satakarni, of the Satavahana dynasty. While the rest of the star cast has been locked, the search still continues for a suitable heroine for Balakrishna. The unavailability of dates of some suitable actresses is the cause of the issue and the team is actively looking for options.
