Lead actors and former couple Dileep and Manju Warrier will meet head on this Christmas. Both of them has big budget movies gearing up for release. For Dileep, it is 'Two Countries' directed by Shafi. The movie was shot mainly at Canada. The movie stars Mamta Mohandas as Dileep's lead heroine. 'Two Countries' will release on the 24th of December. Meanwhile, Manju Warrier's 'Jo and the Boy' directed by Rojin Thomas and starring Sanoop Santhosh in title role will also have a Christmas release. The actress herself hinted at this though no date has been forthcoming yet for the release. Both the movies are expected to take the box office by storm.
The London schedule of 'White' has been wrapped up. The team had been shooting in London for over a month. 'White' is being directed by Uday Ananthan. Huma Querishi is Mammootty's heroine in the movie. Mammootty plays a billionaire financial consultant. His relationship with a 25 year old played by Huma is what the movie deals with. 'Pathemari's' production house, Eros movies is producing this movie. 'White' will have one more schedule and the team has arrived in India for the same.

The actress said that hers was an arranged marriage. Her parents had inquired about the groom and had fixed the wedding. She was a private school teacher then. A few other actresses including Rima Kallingal, Karthika, Ann Augustine et al were considered for the role earlier. The controversial nature of the role had made some of them opt out. Biju Menon is doing the male lead in the movie. The role was previously offered to Mohanlal, Mammootty and Shankar Ramakrishnan, all of whom opted out due to various reasons. The movie is based on a story of the same title by Unni R. Unni is scripting the movie.
No much has been revealed about Manju Warrier's role in 'Jo and the Boy', The actress plays a very unique character in the movie. Her character is named Joyal Mary John aka Jo. She is a computer tutor at a school. Jo is very immature for her age. She has this childhood fantasy which she hopes to fulfill one day. In her journey, she meets a boy named Chris played by Sanoop. He is more mature than his age. Their life is pictured in the narrative. Directed by Rojin Thomas, the character was a eye opener for Manju who was feeling sick of doing the 'unhappy wife' roles.
