SS Rajamouli has nailed it to the core. The trailer of 'Baahubali-2' has been continuing with its record-breaking spree without respite for its probable future contenders like '2.0'!

So far, it has clocked 85 million views (cumulative views) across all languages (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam). This figure, projected for 96 hours includes all those on You Tube & Facebook. It had crossed 50 Million views in just a day's time.

"At least a few millions of views must have been garnered by the Trailer on WhatsApp", Rajamouli had earlier said.

With less than a week to go for the audio launch of India’s most awaited film Baahubali 2, the preparation is on in full swing. The event will be conducted in RFC on the 26th of this month and a huge stage has been set up for the same.



The audio launch will be a concept based one and the entire team will take part in it. Huge crowds are being expected for this event and the organizers are taking some good safety measures for the launch.

As the entire country will be witnessing this event, reports suggest some Hindi celebs are also expected to grace this event. The music of the film is composed by Keeravani and has five tracks in the sequel.

Bollywood singer, Daler Mehendi has sung the title song of this film which is said to be a special attraction.

The Oscar award winner, A R Rahman was the special attraction at the audio launch of Mani Ratnam’s Cheliya. Speaking at the event Rahman hailed Telugu cinema and said that Tollywood has come a long way ahead and a film like Baahubali should come every year which will automatically put Telugu films on the world map.



The legendary composer said that all his songs sounded supremely well in Telugu even though he composes them in Tamil. Rahman also thanked Mani Ratnam for being there all these 25 years of his career.

Rahman’s music for Cheliya has caught on quite well only to prove that class is always permanent. Dil Raju produces this film which is up for a release on the 7th of April.

It is well-known that noted Tamil distributor K Rajarajan of K Productions has bagged the Tamil distribution rights of the much-awaited magnum opus, Baahubali The Conclusion, for a whopping amount.


This morning, the trailer of Tamil star Dhanush’s directorial debut movie, Power Paandi, was unveiled and Rajarajan made an interesting statement during the trailer launch event.
“I am a big fan of Dhanush. I don’t think there is any other hero who has been giving constant hits like Dhanush. I am betting on Power Paandi more than any other films. I am more confident about it than even Baahubali 2.”
Incidentally, Power Paandi is releasing on April 14th, just a couple of weeks ahead of Baahubali 2, which is releasing on April 28th.

 

Even though Baahubali the film will be wrapped up with the second part, the makers of the magnum opus are planning some different things around the word of Baahubali. Just recently, a book titled “The rise of Shivagami” was launched which has been creating good waves all over.



In a recent interview, producer Shobu reveals that his team is in due plans to make a massive TV series around the world of Baahubali and talks have already been initiated. The TV series will also be made on a huge scale and will have some known stars.
