SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster magnum opus, Baahubali, released today in several cinemas across Taiwan. Coinciding the release, Prabhas released a video in which he spoke in Chinese and asked the Taiwanese viewers to watch the film.

Meanwhile, Baahubali is also poised to hit the screens in Mainland China on the 24th of June in a grand way. The film will be distributed by popular oriental distributors E Star. Last month, Baahubali released in Germany and France to a decent response.

Team Baahubali will soon resume the shooting for the next schedule of the film’s second part, Baahubali The Conclusion. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are producing this visual wonder.

 

When a hero tones up for a role, his regimen and diet become the talk of the town. What if someone rigorously and religiously makes his body into a Baahubalian avatar? Not just what the hero does becomes the tinsel town's favourite topic, but also what he does on those so-called cheat days, too, becomes a matter of discussion.

The hero in question is Prabhas, who has become a pan-Indian star post the gargantuan success of Baahubali-The Beginning. There are a large chunks of fitness freaks who would be eager to know what he does on those cheat days. To what extent does he cheat? Well, a bucket-full!

Yes, Prabhas goes for the splurge on such days. Pray, what does he eat? Fruit exotica, you see. "Most of the times I am on a strict diet for my characters but once in a while I love indulging in a bucket full of ice cream," the hunk with a huge female fan following has been quoted as saying. And to make sure that his out-of-control diet on such days is negated, he works out for more time than usual the next day.

His film Baahubali will hit the screens in April 2017.

Team Baahubali is truly taking Telugu cinema global with their prestigious movie. The film “Baahubali” is now making a huge splash at Cannes, with its VR (Virtual Reality) themed stall. The film unit has set up a pavilion there to showcase their interests in coming up with a VR experience for Baahubali, as well as to showcase a VR game based on Paranormal Activity.

The movie has teamed up with AMD’s Radeon Technology Division for this VR pavilion. Chipmaker AMD is backing Baahubali and it’s Visual effects department in a big way. A number of celebrities have visited the Baahubali stall to learn more about this first crossover film from India.

The second part of the movie will be released in April 2017 across the world. Rajamouli SS is the director of this movie and Arka Mediaworks is the production house.

Now, shoot is expected to resume from June 1st. The team is aiming to complete shoot by the end of November, so that the film will be ready for release in the month of April 2017.

Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannah and Anushka are the lead actors in this period epic, along with senior actors like Ramya Krishna, Nasser, Sathya Raj etc. Arka Mediaworks is producing this movie.
