International honours continue to pour in for India’s biggest motion picture, Baahubali. We had reported long back that Baahubali’s Latin American distribution rights were grabbed by Sun Distribution Group, one of the leading players in the Latin American film distribution scene.

Now, after much wait for the perfect release date, Baahubali’s Spanish version will hit the screens in the exotic Latin American country of Peru on the 26th of this month. Recently, Baahubali was released in Taiwan, apart from Germany and France in Europe. The Chinese release is slated for June 24.

Team Baahubali is currently shooting for the film’s second part, The Conclusion.

 

After a month long gap to escape from the blistering summer heat, Team Baahubali is getting ready to resume shoot. The team has already gathered at the sets in Ramoji Film City and currently, war trials are going on.

These trials are to ensure minimal wastage of time and resources during the actual shoot. Rajamouli has employed this same strategy for the shooting of the first part as well. The trials are expected to last a few more days and regular shooting will commence from June 1st.

Prabhas, Rana, Anushka and Tamannah are the lead actors in this big budget period movie and Ramya Krishna is playing the role of godmother. Arka Mediaworks banner is producing this movie.

 

A massive set is being readied for Baahubali at the Aluminium Factory in the outskirts of Hyderabad. A number of craftsmen are already working at the venue for this set and shooting is expected to take place in mid June at this place.

As with all Baahubali locations, security at the area is tight and no outsiders are being allowed. Currently,the team is participating in some war trials at Ramoji Film City and regular shooting will commence at this location from May 1st.

Baahubali – The Conclusion is expected to hit the screens in April 2014.

After scoring a historic box-office success in India and the US last year, India’s biggest motion picture Baahubali is now having a successful run in the Asian country of Taiwan. The film, which was released in Taiwanese, is into its third week run now and it’s still running to sold out shows across the country.

Apart from Taiwan, Baahubali will also be released in China in June and will also make its debut in the Latin American country of Peru. Baahubali also had a successful theatrical release in European countries such as Germany and France.

The film’s unit is currently gearing up for yet another grueling schedule of Baahubali The Conclusion at Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad.

 

It is a known fact that the shooting of Baahubali is going on a brisk pace. Currently, the climax portion is being shot in a specially erected set in Hyderabad. The first part had Tamannah in a crucial role and she will once again shoot for the sequel as well.

Latest update reveals that Tamannah will start shooting for her portion from the first week of July. She is currently filming for her other flick Abhinetri and will join the sets of Baahubali once she completes the Prabhu Deva film.

Directed by S S Rajamouli, Baahubali has Rana and Prabhas in lead roles. Anushka Shetty plays other female lead in the film.

 

The makers of Baahubali 2 have resumed work on the film after a brief break. While Prabhas has been shooting for the film over the last two months, it's now turn of Tamannaah to finally join the sets from July. She has extended role in the second part of the film, which will finally reveal the answer to the question - why did Katappa kill Baahubali?

The makers are expected to complete the talkie portion by August or September and will spend another 6 months on the post-production including visual effects. The makers have reportedly hired the services of 7 visual effects companies from around the globe. If everything goes as planned, the film will hit the screens next year.

Anushka too is expected to join the sets of the film soon. In the second part, audiences will get to see her backstory and will see her younger version.

 

Wherever is Baahubali, success follows. Even in China. Who can forget the records that Baahubali – The beginning created at BO across India and overseas. The movie is nearly 1-year-old, but the mania is intact. And it’s time for Chinese to wonder ‘Why did Katappa kill Baahubali?’

Rajamouli's much-acclaimed magnum opus is gearing its release in China and the team of Baahubali, including Prabhas, Rajamouli, Rana, Shobu Yarlagadda, Rama Rajamouli, among others, made it to a full-day interaction with the Chinese media. About twenty members of popular Chinese media houses made it to the interactive session.

This was made possible by Estars, the film's Chinese distributors. As per Shobhu, one Sima, who works for Estars, is a big fan of Prabhas!

While the magnum opus Baahubali- the Conclusion shoot is being held in a full swing as the movie is touted to be releasing in later 2017, the principal shooting will wrapped up by this year-end and the remaining time is exclusively used for the post production and computer graphics.
