After lying low with back-to-back failures of his last three films, handsome young actor Nithiin has finally scored a solid hit with hit latest release, A..Aa. the film racing ahead at the box-offices worldwide and is registering decent shares each day. In overseas in particular, A..Aa has been a huge money-spinner for its distributors.

Until the end of its Saturday’s run, A..Aa is expected to gross close to a total of $1.4 million and with this, Nithiin entered the elite league of actors who have scored a $1 million movie in the US. At the pace with which the film is minting money, a $2 million or even more also seems to be a possibility in its full run.

Nithiin must be a relieved man finally with his film’s unstoppable box-office performance.

 

A Aa, which was released on June 2, has managed to garner a positive buzz. Touted as a rom-com with a large canvas for family drama, the film is based on Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani's novel 'Meena'.
The news is that the makers have decided to chop off five minutes of second half following feedback that there is a bit of lag.
This decision has a parallel in the call taken by the makers of 24, which too had generated a hit talk from day one itself. Remember that it was trimmed to the extent of seven minutes.
Meanwhile, the film has reportedly garnered a share of USD 1 million in the US. It is gearing up toward crossing a share of USD 1.8 million overall. In the Telugu States, too, the film is generating an admirable business.
