Actor Prabhas, who has begun work on his next film, Saaho, will be the chief guest at the music launch of Sharwanand’s Mahanubhavudu. The event will take place in Hyderabad over the weekend while the film is set to release on September 29.The romantic comedy is a production of U.V. Creations, the team of which is close to the star actor. Interestingly, Prabhas had earlier graced the audio events of Sharwanand’s films Run Raja Run and Express Raja, also produced by the same team. Both the films turned out to be game changers for Sharwa, who has since seen a high in his career.

But now he seems to have taken a leaf from the books of Prabhas and Rana and started focusing on having ripped body. Varun is currently being trained at 360 degrees fitness gym in Jubilee hills road no 32 under a personal trainer. The actor had clearly stated his goals to the trainer and asked him to create a custom made plan for removing excess fat in his body, which made him look bulky in his previous movie “Fidaa”. Varun is currently now under strict diet plan accompanied by daily exercise routine to get back to proper shape and give a run for money for his taller co-stars Prabhas and Rana Daggubati.
Prabhas starrer Mr Perfect and its producer Dil Raju have been dragged into a legal battle over plagiarism, six years after the film was released. The film was a major hit for the Telugu star. That was years before his another blockbuster Baahubali was made. According to a report in Indian Express, writer Shyamala Rani has claimed that Mr Perfect that came out in 2011 is based on her novel Na Manasu Ninnu Kore published in 2010. She said that makers have used her story without her permission. Rani filed a case against Dil Raju, director of the movie K Dasarath, dialogue writer Abburi Ravi and co producers Sirish and Lakshman at Miyapur court accusing them of cheating. Following this, the court has directed the Madhapur police to file a case of cheating and conspiracy against them. The case was filed under the Copy Rights Act. Mr Perfect stars Prabhas, Taapsee Pannu and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles. The film centres around a self-centred guy who eventually comes around to understand and appreciate family values.Rani, speaking to media, said that she tried hard to sell her story to filmmakers but nothing came of it. Then, in 2013, while watching Mr Perfect on television, she realised that many of the scenes depicted and dialogues were very similar to her novel.
Tollywood’s hit filmmaker Dil Raju and four others have been accused of plagiarising the story of a Telugu novelist to make Mr Perfect, which had Saaho star Prabhas in the lead role. A case was filed against these filmmakers under the Copy Rights Act on Saturday. Writer Shyamala Rani has said that she had published a book titled Na Manasu Ninnu Kore in 2010. She has alleged that Mr Perfect that came out in 2011 is based on her novel and the filmmakers have used her story without her permission. She moved Miyapur court accusing the filmmakers of cheating. Following which, the court has directed the Madhapur police to file a case against Dil Raju, co-producers Sirish and Lakshman, director K Dasarath and dialogue writer Abburi Ravi, said media reports. They have been booked under at least four sections of IPC, including conspiracy and cheating. Talking to a newspaper, Shyamala claimed that she was unable to sell the story of her novel to many Telugu film producers. And when she saw Mr Perfect, she realised the film bore a lot of similarities to her novel. “While I was watching `Mr Perfect’ in 2013 on television, I found several dialogues and scenes were copied from my novel,” she said, according to a report in Times Of India. Mr Perfect had Prabhas, Kajal Aggarwal, Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. The film revolved around the self-centered protagonist played by Prabhas, who eventually understands the value of family relationships. It was a big hit in 2011. Dil Raju is one of the top producers of Tollywood, who has many hits to his credit. His last two films, DJ Duvvada Jagannadhamm and Fidaa that released earlier this year became box office success stories. He is currently bankrolling Ravi Teja’s upcoming Raja the Great and has also acquired the theatrical rights of the most anticipated Telugu films, including, Jai Lava Kusa, Spyder and Superstar Pawan Kalyan’s PSPK 25.
