GQ one of the popular magazines, listed the top 50 influential individuals of India and guess what? Our Prabhas is one of them! Not just the Prabhas, PV Sindhu has also made it to the top 50 most influential Indian youth.
The magazine announced its power list on Friday which contained a broad spectrum of individuals from various fields like sports, engineering, entertainment, media, culinary, e.t.c. It named Prabhas the rare but most known Young star from South Indian film industry. It also mentioned the film Baahubali which made Prabhas the internationally recognised star. Others include Ranveer Singh, Radhika Apte, Akash Ambani, Alankrita Shrivatsava, Vir Das and so on. It is always good to see telugu people in such renowned status.

Mumbai: Actor Ranbir Kapoor has joined the list of admirers of Baahubali star Prabhas.

Ranbir was asked about his favorite performer in the recent times, and it turned out to Prabhas, who has earned worldwide fame with his performance in the epic drama.

Ranbir said: "I have really liked Prabhas. He is amazing in Baahubali."

Meanwhile, the Bollywood actor is awaiting the release of Jagga Jasoos, which will hit the screens on July 14.

Ranbir has also co-produced Jagga Jasoos, helmed by Anurag Basu.

Talking about his experience as a producer, he earlier said: "I am a bad producer. I can't get things done, can't do man management. I was lucky that a lot of the work was taken care of by Anurag Basu. I can be happy that I can just collect awards for the film."

Following the phenomenal success of Baahubali 2 and a much deserved US holiday, actor Prabhas is back in work mode. He is all set to join the sets of his next film Saaho, which is being directed by Sujeeth, at the end of this month, according to sources. Tipped to be an action extravaganza, the film marks the first time Prabhas has collaborated with Sujeeth and their combination has already created quite a buzz, thanks to the film’s teaser which was well received. Neil Nitin Mukesh is playing the baddie..

Among many female actors whose names were linked to this project, it is believed that Anushka Shetty has been finalised as the lead. However, the makers are yet to make an official announcement. The most-loved onscreen pair of Prabhas and Anushka, who have already worked together in Billa, Mirchi and the Baahubali films, are most likely to team up for the fifth time in Saaho, a high-budget action-thriller tipped to be made on a budget of around Rs. 150 crore, and released in four languages. After playing father and son in SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali franchise,Prabhas will be seen in a different look in Saaho. The film will be a fast-paced and high-tech actioner with a healthy dose of romance, plenty of thrills and drama. It is believed Prabhas will sport a clean-shaven look in the film.

Apart from Prabhas, Rajamouli cast actors Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia and Sathyaraj in key roles but never shied away from particularly crediting the 37-year-old actor for Baahubali's blockbuster status. In May, he told IANS: "We took Anushka or Sivagami or Kattapa, we took the actors based on the characters that were written, but with Prabhas, the character was written for him."

A month after Baahubali 2 hit screens, Prabhas confessed to experiencing withdrawal symptoms, saying: "It is always difficult to move on from something that you have been associated with for this long. In these five years, Baahubali has not been a part of my life, it has been my life. I have been more of Baahubali than my own self in these years," he told PTI.

Meanwhile, Baahubali 2 released across 8,000 screens in India and is all set to take over theatres in China.

It was exactly two years ago that SS Rajamouli's epic 'Baahubali: The Beginning' first released across the country. Now, with the sequel claiming its spot in the history books and the franchise becoming an integral part of Indian cinema, lead actor Prabhas took a trip down memory lane.
Taking to his Facebook page, Prabhas got nostalgic and released a statement saying, "Today marks the completion of two years to the release of a very special film of mine, 'Baahubali: The Beginning'. I feel a deep sense of nostalgia and I have been reminiscing the early days when the entire team was working on this film with so much passion.
