    Mohanlal still remains as the most valuable star in Mollywood..

    Mohanlal, the Complete Actor in Indian Cinema and without any doubt the finest actor India had ever seen is not going through a great period of his career. Even though his films are making profit and he is the only one here in Mollywood who can provide a minimum guarantee even for big budget films, the expectation on him is damn too high from the audience here. Every time he comes with a movie, people expects it to be a blockbuster success and want him to create history at box office. But that is not possible for an actor all the time he comes with a movie. His movie Drishyam which released in 2013 December still remains the biggest success Mollywood had ever seen. After that he did not produced a blockbuster success even though got some commercial successes in box office. But, still he remains the most valuable star in M-Town as per reports.

    The trade guides in our industry reports that Mohanlal is the one who gets the biggest remuneration here in Mollywood which ranges from 2.5-3 crore. Apart from that he is getting lots of offers from other film industries as well looking at his popularity and also because of the admiration of the people for him all over India. He is now acting in two Telugu movies and as per reports, he may do a big Kollywood film as well for a record remuneration. In satellite rights too, his films are at the top. His films will get a minimum of 5 crore rupees even before the release and he is the only actor now in Kerala who shows that much consistency when it comes to satellite rights of the movies. Viewership of a Mohanlal movie is far higher than any other movies in Malayalam Mini Screen.

    He also got the biggest fan force here in Kerala and his star value is evident when it comes to the screen count of his films. Even his non-hyped movie like Kanal got close to 110 screens here in Kerala when many other stars are struggling to get 100 screens for their most hyped movies here.
