Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film will be produced by Ram Charan and the production house logo has been revealed a few minutes ago. The name of the banner will be Konidela Production Company and a stylised image of Lord Hanuman in orange forms the logo.

The stylish logo will now be used officially for the film in all forms of communication. The film will formally be launched on the 29th at a private event and Vinayak will be directing this movie. Other details have not been revealed yet, except for the fact that Devi Sri Prasad will be handling the music.

Chiranjeevi’s prestigious project will hit the screens on Sankranthi.

 

And finally, the most awaited day has arrived. This afternoon, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film, tentatively titled Kathilantodu, will be launched officially in a grand event. Yesterday, the film’s director VV Vinayak performed special prayers for the film’s script at Antharvedi Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple.

Interacting with the media personnel on this occasion, Vinayak said that he feels blessed to be directing Megastar Chiranjeevi in his landmark 150th film. Vinayak also said that even though he has directed young Mega heroes like Charan and Allu Arjun, it’s a completely different feeling directing Chiru once again.

The director further said that the film’s regular shooting will begin in June and that it will release during Sankranthi, 2017.

 

Ram Charan's home production, Konidela Production Company, was launched today at their new office. Its debut film will be Chiranjeevi's 150th film, titled Kathilantodu. It was launched in the presence of Cherry's mother Surekha Konidela, among others.

The film will go on the floors sometime in the first week of June. Allu Aravind powered the project during its first shot, which was directed by Naga Babu. The shoot began with its first clap by Paruchuri Venkateshwara Rao.

The music will be by Devi Sri Prasad and Rathnavelu takes the onus of cinematographer of the project. The film is aimed to be a grand Sankranthi release.

The private launch event was graced by industry stalwarts Allu Arjun, Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, Naga babu, Allu Arvind, Koratala Siva, Sharath Marar, Gemini Kiran, DVV Danayya, Thirupati Prasad, Paruchuri Venkateshwara and family members.

The function was a candid and traditional affair celebrated with immediate family and friends.

Ram Charan, alongside his mother, Surekha Konidela, launched their in-house brand, The Konidela Production Company today at their new office. Their first venture would be the much-anticipated Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film which is directed by V.V. Vinayak.

The project has already hit the floors and will be a remake of the Tamil superhit Kathi. Allu Arivnd garu powered on the project during it’s first shot which was directed by Naga Babu. The shoot began with it’s first clap by Paruchuri Venkateshwara garu.

The music will be done by Tollywood’s rockstar DSP and Rathnavelu takes the onus of Cinematographer of the project. The film is aimed to be a Pongal 2017 release.
