Jolly LLB 2 had a decent second week as it grossed 23.50 crore nett to takes it total to 96.50 crore nett in two weeks. The drop is week two is 67% which is a decent trend and a similar drop this week will see the film adding around 10 crore nett more in its lifetime run. The collections of Jolly LLB 2 til date are as follows.



First Week - 72,98,00,000



Second Week - 23,50,00,000





TOTAL- 96,48,00,000






The film has done well in North where in East Punjab its challenging to be biggest Akshay Kumar film though may fall a little short of Airlift and in Delhi / UP it could also be his second biggest grosser. In terms of the second week business it has beaten Housefull 3 but is lower than Airlift and Rustom. Second week business of recent Akshay Kumar starrers is as follows.

Rowdy Rathore, Holiday and Housefull 3 are the three films to cross 30 crore nett in the second week as far as Akshay Kumar starrers go.

 

Jolly LLB 2 has held up very well on its third Friday. The film has really benefited as the audience did not come for Rangoon and its third Friday has held up much better than its second Friday. Last week on Friday the drop was a little under 69% while this week it is 52% and this is despite a bigger film releasing this week. The collections of Jolly LLB 2 till date are as follows.



First Week - 72,98,00,000



Second Week - 23,50,00,000



Third Week (Friday) - 1,75,00,000 apprx





TOTAL- 98,23,00,000






The similar trend to last week would have meant the film adding around 10 crore nett to its lifetime after the second week but now the film will probably add more than 10 crore nett alone in the third week and easily cross 110 crore nett



The Ghazi Attack (Hindi) has also had a decent hold on day eight with collections dropping around 35-40% from day one and collections looking to be 80-90 lakhs nett on its second Friday. This takes its business to around 12.50 crore nett after 8 days. The film has chance of grossing 20 crore nett which can't be called good but it is a decent little run for the film.

Jolly LLB 2 has not really pulled in the numbers worldwide as the Overseas performance is not upto the mark. The Overseas till date stands at $4.6 million and it may not even reach the $5 million mark. The film is even less than Kaabil in Gulf and United Kingdom and that is despite Kaabil clashing with the Shahrukh Khan starrer Raees which did very well Overseas especially for the genre.






The film has grossed 173 crore till date and will probably finish at around 180 crore. It will probably end the sixth highest Akshay Kumar starrer Worldwide but will be lower than all his three releases last year Airlift, Housefull 3 and Rustom. Singh Is Kinng remains the biggest Akshay Kumar grosser Overseas with $7.1million despite being released nearly nine years ago. The top ten Akshay Kumar grossers Worldwide are as follows.
